DISC 1:
Episode 1 - The Beginning Of The End
The survivors argue about whether the freighter folk are who they claim to be, and split into two camps; Locke's group, who feel they are coming to kill them all, and Jack's group, who feel rescue is close at hand. In a flash-forward, Hurley receives a visit from an old friend and goes back into the mental institution.
Episode 2 - Confirmed Dead
The footage of the wreckage of Oceanic Flight 815 plays on a news report, and through flashbacks, the four new freighter folk are introduced. On the island, the survivors continue to question the intentions of their supposed rescuers. Locke takes one hostage, and Jack and Kate locate the rest.
Episdoe 3 - The Economist
Sayid and Kate go to the barracks to negotiate a peaceful release of Locke's hostage in exchange for getting off the island. In a flash-forward, Sayid's future appears destructive and mysterious.
