12. TREMORS
The Arrow's training of Roy and Lance's efforts to heal Laurel prove frustrating. The Bronze Tiger escapes jail and steals Malcolm Merlyn's (John Barrowman) earthquake machine to sell to the highest bidder. Oliver attempts to stop the transfer, and Roy provides crucial help.
13. HEIR TO THE DEMON
As Laurel unravels, Oliver and Lance try to convince Sara to stay in Starling City and reunite with Laurel and her mother (Alex Kingston). But Nyssa a I Ghul, Sara’s fellow League of Assassins member, comes to bring Sara back to the fold – and takes a hostage to ensure it.

Sara joins team Arrow, now investigating the Clock King (Robert Knepper), a brilliant thief whose technology can open any bank vault.
